    i have to agree get another opinion. ihave been self employed and now ltd, there are things good and bad both ways normally you change because you are paying 40% tax but i can't see this in your case as you are not vat registed. if you are below this limit then stay self empolyed you can get away with more.being limited only means limited Liability’s and with more and more people asking for persoally guarantees whats the point. if theres a chance of you going under and you want to save your house etc and as long as they are not put up against your buisness then going ltd is one way.
