Just reading tonight in the local press about block exemption again. We contacted both Vauxhall and Rover last year and I'm still waiting for the criteria. There was something in the motor trade press a while back about a garage from the Hull area that had phoned up different manufacturers and got the go ahead over the phone. I think this has been wrongly reported judging by my own efforts.
Have any of you guys made the effort to find out the criteria for vehicles that you prefer to service and repair...or does the scheme not interest you?
There could be some real creamy servicing and repairs waiting if garage owners can be bothered to find out what's necessary. Of course the other side of the coin is what it will cost to be accredited and to have access to the required information....Your views gentlemen.
