This seems to be the result of the alteration in the block exemption. All the talk of it benefitting the independent garage seems to have backfired on us, in fact in some ways we could end up even worse off as dealers start to share out the repair work on other makes between themselves. I'm pretty sure this isnt what Mr Monti was aiming for, but its the way the manufacturers have responded to protect their own end - which is understandable if not inevitable.
