The vehicle is a Rover 100 1.1 N Reg its been to main dealers for idling problems and cutting out they say they cannot set the throttle angle and at idle the switch is registering open when it should be closed I have checked it on my ACR 4 and what they say is true the stepper is set at the top end of the scale at 88 and wont adjust
