    We call the Roads and Traffic Authority or the police and have them defect the vehicle on the spot - simple as that if the customer kicks up a stink.

    So I think the best way to have this tested in a court of law is to have someone take a vehicle that you have deemed as dangerous and he/she kills/maims/whatever. His/her insurance company will be over you like a rash as you did not forefill your "Duty of Care".

    I hope it never happens to you, but believe you me, you can have customers sign their life away but when they are in the s%$t, who will their solitors/insurance companies turn on???? - You.
    Sure you may win, but think of the inconvenience.
    As I said earlier, consult a solicitor re your disclaimer to see if its valid in a court of law.
