Just wondering what sort of return you boys get from your website? We've had ours for about 3 years now in various shapes and sizes and it is definitely being used more and more. I find people coming in from further a-field to have work done. One guy called in with his Mercedes which had a BAS fault on it. He brought a printout of the front page and a printout of the map for directions. He came from Newcastle, which is about 15 miles away and was delighted with the service he received (Doesn’t like the main agent)Also people are booking work on line as a matter of course now. They find it very convenient to fill in the short booking in form at night at their leisure. I reply to them either with an email or phone call...They love it.
If you haven't bothered with a website yet or you don't use it as much as you should, consider it a little more as it brings in work for us.
Make sure you plug the web address on all of your stationary.
