    Hi all,
I have always thought that Snap-on were very expensive but very good quality tools but something's happening with them lately. About a year ago I needed a tool I couldn't seem to find anywhere else so I phoned Snap-ons head office and left a message for my local salesman to get in touch. I don't have a regular visit from them even though I've been trading for a few years and advertise regularly in the local paper and Yellow Pages. Anyway, the salesman finally rang me back about SIX weeks later, of course I'd found one somewhere else by then. Then, a few months ago, while getting an MOT at a garage I use, I bumped into the local guy so I gave him my card and suggested I might need him to keep in touch now and then in case there was anything else I needed, but has he ever got back to me? NO!
    Cheers,
    Derek
