I would imagine your catchment area would only be local garages and the odd joe public, unless you are going to mail order, which would be expensive due to weight. Most garages need the tools to hand, things can go wrong and it could be needed longer than expected ? What about the next man waiting to hire it ?
Just my thoughts, I wouldn't think it would be worth the hassle for what you could charge.
