Hi guys had a customer in today asking for some information reguarding taking his 2 year old C5 to the dealer for a 24,000 mile service, it appears the carpet to the right of the throttle pedal has worn away customer asked for this to be looked at under warrenty Citreon refuse reguarding as wear n tear. I myself have had a look at the carpet and seems to be a flaw as far as i can see. I have advised customer to get in touch with Citreon customer care and see what the outcome is there. If anyone has any information reguarding please inform. Many thanks for any help.
