Hi Derek,
If like me you are mobile, there is nothing worse than having to go back to a customers house just to prove there is nothing wrong with what you have done!! BUT I would rather do this than let them take it elsewhere and be slated unjustly.
This is another issue which annoys me!
We are all in the same trade and it is hard enough to gain respect and trust from our customers without garages scoring petty points against each other which only serves to increase customer mistrust in tha auto repair trade in general!!
This is why I would rather see a customers car before anyone else does
