Hi derek, I believe in the maxim 'if it sounds too good to be true it probably is' , firstly, where did they get your address from ? , no company on initial contact is going to ask for bank details, that would come further down the line, I have never heard of this outfit but do know there are a lot of scam outfits around. Ask for some references from some of their other 2000 ? repairers ,bet you dont get a reply.
