Hi James I appreciate the sentiment totally but the problem with these types of virus is that the sender is probably unaware that they have sent it to you. By opening the virus if they are online at the time they unwittingly send the message to everyone in their address book. This one was so convincing - all the links were to actual microsoft webpages - it would be very easy to accept the recommendation to install the 'patch'. The one I recieved actually came from a trusted source but it was someone who had been infected by the virus, although the senders name appeared to be a microsoft email address. Only by checking the properties of the message can you identify where it has actually come from. Regards Shaun
