    Hi Alan

    As far as charging the customer, on all interim and standard services we put a charge at the bottom of the invoice called a "Servicing Consumables Kit" this covers top up fluids, safe disposal of fluids, filters, disposable gloves etc...we charge £5:00

    For disposal, i would ring your local council and they should be able to supply you with a list of approved re-claimers. As well as paying for disposal (filters, batteries etc) we have a skip which is emptied every week which cost about £7:00. The joke is though that the skip is for Industrial Waste, but i will get into trouble for throwing half my waste into it. Another crazy aspect is that it is not leagal to put a well drained oil filter in your skip, but it is legal to thow in a plastic oil container with probably a cup full of new oil still inside
