I have been a car care centre since they brought it out and I have been very loyal to Unipart in that time. I have gone and got all the computer and things they have told us to buy if we wanted to stay on the UCC program. But the time came two years ago when they wanted us to be accredited. At the meeting with all the UCC I said I wouldn’t join and so did a lot of other people. About a week later our Express Factors told us they were going to close and we would have to buy our parts from Partco. Since then it have all gone downhill, I still used Unipart parts until the other day when I found out Partco have had a meeting with the old UCC about going back on the system. So I phone up the Manager of Partco and asked why I wasn’t invited and he gave me some cock and bull story that the reps hadn’t put my name forward and that is why. It would have been nice to see a rep and tell me to my face about what was going on, Still I have only seen a rep about twice in the last two years and the Partco warehouse is just around the corner from me. Anyway my licence for the program ends at the end of the month and I have found out like other people you can’t use your dater so I have been trying to find someone to help me and I think I have succeed . I’m sorry but I don’t like BIG BROTHER watching me and keeping my data which belong to me and no one else.
