I suspect you would indeed need some form of public liability insurance, best to talk to whomever provides your existing garage insurance to see if they will cover it in your existing insurance, or if you would need specific cover for the products. You may find that to get insurance you might have to get the products tested by BSI, TUV or one of the other bodies that do official testing.
