Hi all,I am just about to give my employee a wage rise,a couple of extra days holiday and probably get some sort of savings scheme started for him.I will probably pay a small amount(maybe 5% of his gross wages)monthly then it's up to him to contribute more if he wants to.I was wondering if anyone currently contributes to a pension fund or some other sort of savings scheme for any or all of your employees? Any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Cheers John
