Hi John Please accept my apologies for the flippancy. I think your idea is an excellent one and looking to the future of your employee will hopefully gain you his loyalty over the years, in fact you must consider him to be a loyal employee to consider such an investment. The fact is he probably hasn't even thought about his own pension, I know at 24 I didn't. Fortunately for me I was in a company pension scheme even though I hadn't considered it myself. It is never too early to start a pension scheme but it is often too late. I am sure there may be other garage owners elsewhere who provide such a scheme but given the current climate with state pensions etc I feel your approach is to be applauded. I hope your efforts are accepted in the spirit in which they have been given. Good luck Regards Shaun
