Derek. I was getting about 1 to 2 per day for the last 5 days.So, I did a blanket email to everyone in my address book to get them to check their computers.
Talk about opening a floodgate!!!!!!!!
I got 30 plus emails back within 36 hours saying they were running virus programs and they were clean.
I got 6 emails re message could not be delivered.
I then got 18 - yes - 18 emails with a virus from no-one in particular (no email address I could recognise) in the same 36 hour period!!!!!!
The thing that is disturbing is that most of these emails had "virus free" at the bottom and TWO had "Certified virus free by McAfee" (or words to that effect).
I have the latest updates (been getting 2 to 3 a night in the past week), scan the computer when I first get on, after email delivery, and before I get off - so 3 times a day plus the computer is set to scan automatically at 2.30 in the afternoon when I'm at work.
