hi all, With the amount of crap going about just now, I use a free program called mailwasher to check ALL my mail on the server before I let anything in to my machine with my mail program.
Mailwasher reads the subject heading and senders address, it also lets you delete, blacklist and bounce all the crap.
This way it is very difficult to get any virus loaded into the pc.
I then open mail program and download the mail I have checked first.
Worth trying out, just do a google search. Gordon
