Hi Peter I agree, although I have always been an advocate of the Norton products and I don't think anyone could doubt their effectiveness I have to say that does seem to be very 'greedy'. Besides being resource hungry it does not seem to like other virus scanners etc. It likes to be the only one, I now use Systemsuite 5 from Vcom among other firewalls etc. which runs much faster and actually seems to trap and clean more than Norton.
