I don't like to speak ill of the dead, but this is all part of the rationalisation going on within the Unitpart group, they have shut many, many outlets, especially where they have two or more of the following in a confined area, Partco, Unipart (Express Factors), Brown Brothes, Sercks etc. You are quite right, they have lost the Rover parts franchise, hence the effective demise of Express Factors & that business is now going into the former Partco branches.
Partco recently also got rid of most of their Reps, some are now working for us!!
And to just cap this off, Partco Crawley, who I believe have got you to use them now Peter, are our Crawley Branch's BIGGEST customer, as we don't give them any further discount than that we give the trade, why don't you cut out the middle man & come to us direct Peter.
