I'll second - third - fourth - fifth etc etc these comments!! We ought to get paid for time spent and usually wasted on the phone giving "exact" mileages between here and there, what parts were fitted for its service - IF it was serviced - and the rest.... I wish they'd all go to the wall! -- Sympathies to those who are left being owed!! Mike
