Anybody having trouble installing the latest Caps version 3.5.? Everytime I try to install I get an error message as follows.

Error: The Filename,Directory Name,or Volume Label Syntax is incorrect
Have been on to Caps. They said u have a faulty CD so sent me another.No change.Then they said your cd rom needs cleaning. I ran a cleaner through it a few times.No change.Now they say my CD rom is faulty and needs replacing although I have installed previous versions of caps and different other CDs without any problems.The laptop im having problems installing this on has Windows XP.Will install ok on my PC which has Windows 98.Anything to try? TIA Gary.
