Sounds good Ray but can't see individual trader complaint against a giant like VAG going far.First argument would be safeguarding their customers security.Other subjects will be buried in technical complications. This type of thing must be pursued by a larger body.Motor trade organisations continually try to recruit me.From now on I will ask for their position on enforcing block exemption.If all prospective members do this, and existing members request it before renewing,perhaps it will galvanise them into action.
