    Hi

I found a company on the net that does these, or try Viking Direct ( I assume you get the magazine ), but they aren't cheap !!

However, to time track a job where several operations overlap is nigh on impossible. We use ICME to estimate and then the mechanic notes down how long it actually took when filling out the jobcard. For some jobs we have set times that we have devised, like brake pads for example, we sell this as a front brake service which includes cleaning the calipers, descaling the discs, lubricating the sliders, working the pistons and bleeding. This is billed at 1.25hrs.
Do you pay your employees a monthly productivity bonus ? This works well. Set a labour turnover target and pay a % bonus on the amount the target was exceeded by.
I found this encourages them to record their time more accurately.

    HTH
