    Driving Vehicle Into Workshop
    001 Check operation of instrument gauges, warning/control lights and horn
    002 Check operation of clutch, adjust if necessary (where applicable)
    003 Check operation of washers and wipers, adjust if necessary
    Inside The Vehicle
    004 Check operation and condition of exterior and respective control lights and instrument cluster illumination
    005 Check handbrake operation (adjust where applicable)
    006 Reset service interval indicator (where applicable)
    007 Check the operation and condition of seat belts
    Outside The Vehicle
    008 Check operation of door check straps, lubricate as necessary
    009 Check operation of bonnet latch, safety catch and hinges, lubricate as necessary (where applicable)
    Under The Bonnet
    010 Check operation of engine compartment lamp (where applicable)
    011 Check wiring, pipes, hoses, oil and fuel feed lines for routing, damage, chafing and leaks (where visible)
    012 Check engine, vacuum pump, heater and radiator for damage and leaks (where visible)
    013 Check condition of auxiliary drive belts, adjust tension as necessary
    014 Check anti-freeze concentration percentage in coolant
    015 Check/top up fluid levels of coolant expansion tank, power steering fluid, clutch fluid reservoir, washer reservoirs and battery, as necessary where applicable (in case of abnormal fluid loss a separate order is required to investigate and rectify)
    016 Grease battery terminals, clean if necessary
    017 Renew pollen and odour filter (where applicable)
    018 Renew spark plugs
    Under The Vehicle
    019 Drain engine oil and renew oil filter and sump plug gasket (where fitted)
    020 Check steering, suspension linkages, ball joints, sideshaft/driveshaft joints, gaiters and propshaft 'guibo' joint (where applicable) for damage, wear, security and rubber deterioration
    021 Check engine, transmission, rear axle and transfer box for damage and leaks (where applicable)
    022 Check pipes, hoses, wiring, oil and fuel feed lines and exhaust for routing, damage, chafing and leaks (where visible)
    023 Check the general condition of the underbody and PVC coated lower panels
    024 Check wear and condition of tyres (note tread depth)
    025 Disc brakes (where applicable): With wheels off, check brake pads and discs for wear. Check rear brake linings for wear using drum inspection hole (more often under severe operating conditions)
    Outside The Vehicle
    026 Refill engine oil
    027 Check/top up brake fluid level as necessary (in case of abnormal fluid loss, a separate order is required to investigate and rectify)
    028 Adjust tyre pressures
    029 Adjust tyre pressure, check wear and condition and note tread depth of spare wheel
    030 Check operation of luggage compartment lamp (where applicable)
    031 Tighten wheel nuts to correct torque
    Extended Period Maintenance
    032 Renew brake fluid (every 2 years regardless of mileage, at extra cost)
    033 Check/clean cooling system pressure cap, renew if there is evidence of seal deterioration (every 4 years regardless of mileage, at extra cost)
    034 Drain, flush and refill cooling system (blue/green coloured coolant only, every 6 years regardless of mileage at extra cost)
    035 Drain, flush and refill cooling system (orange/pink coloured coolant only, every 10 years regardless of mileage at extra cost)
    036 Check air conditioning system pressure, compressor cycle time and temperature at instrument panel centre vents. Check air conditioning lines for damage and leaks (every 3 years regardless of mileage, where applicable, at extra cost)
    037 Renew airbag(s), where fitted (every 15 years regardless of mileage, at extra cost)
