Hi Steve I agree that we are going to have to recycle more waste products Your local council may supply boxes for waste paper/tins/bottles/plastic which are all none hazardous Are the council going to supply drums for all the millions of empty, and half empty paint tins that get thrown into dustbins containing toxins, what about the thousands of gallons of terps/white spirit that must be poured down drains and sinks every year, what about the old weed killer/insecticide sprays that are chucked out every spring from shed clear outs It seems that the government is set on clobbering businesses because we are easier to police, but joe public can chuck millions of tons of toxic waste down drains and landfills without even a mention, recycling paper/bottles makes the government/council feel and look good, but making it a law for joe public to recycle all their toxic waste will loose them votes Peter
