Thank you for your recent email. I write further to our telephone conversation on 03/09/2004. As long as genuine Vauxhall parts are used and the vehicle is serviced in line with our recommendations, your warranty will remain valid and will not be affected. However, please note, we cannot be held liable for problems that occur as a direct result of an aggrivated service, e.g wrong oil/filter etc being used. Your Vauxhall Assistance coverage would not be extended to the second or third years either should you choose to service the vehicle yourselves as this is a compulsory regulation set by the AA for the full 3 year roadside assistance coverage. Should you require any further information, please do not hesitate to reply to this email, including history or alternatively you may wish to contact a member of our customer care team on 01582 427200. Thank you for contacting Vauxhall Motors and allowing me the oppurtunity to comment. Kind Regards Waheed Akhtar Customer Care Team Please note that in responding to your request for assistance we will store your personal details and respective correspondence on our customer care database. ----- Forwarded by Vauxhall Customer Assistance/GB/VAUXHALL/GMC on 03/09/2004 15:46 ----- online@vauxhall.co.uk
