Peter, Don't forget that the 'Block Exemption Rules' only apply to Europe. I couldn't tell you the rules for Australia. As regards items of 'matching quality' basically it is a bit of a mine field. But the general rule of thumb is parts from either the supplier to the VM (Hence we use LuK Clutches, Bosch, Mann Filters etc) or from another major brand. Parts sourced from multi or non branded suppliers could leave you on sticky ground, especially the people who just box up any old products & sell them as their own brand. A few of them spring to mind, including the biggest factor in the UK. Regards Rob.
