I have been complying with regulations for years, mainly because I have consideration for our environment. However, I know of guys who still drain waste coolant straight on to the ground or down the nearest drain. The day the environmental people find me (and they are not active in our area.....yet!) I have all the paperwork going back to the pterodactyl era. You have to retain 7 years worth I believe. Steve
