Hi John,Sounds like a case of 'jobs for the boys', did RSA happen to recommend any people to do these jobs for you. As you say, your garage is pretty much a text book on how a garage should be, so for them to pick holes like that seems a bit harsh.
Only saving grace, at least you shouldn't have to have anything like all that work done again.
Also pleasing that the best the H & S inspector could come up with was that your guys weren't picking things up properly, bearing in mind some of the reports I've seen them come up with in garages.
With that many portable appliances, it might be worth you going on the course & buying the Robin tester & doing them yourself, only takes a few seconds for each item!! We have all our done 'in house' now in all our 27 branches & head office, one guy goes around & does everything once a year.
