The newish vehicles that I've done up to now have all had genuine parts fitted to lessen the hassle should this problem arise. We seem to get through a lot of Vauxhalls up here and we've been buying our service kits through the main agent parts club. Decent mark up and of course genuine. Until this Block exemption is well and truly out in the open this is the line I'll take. I hear what Rob is saying and I'm sure he's correct it's just that it's early days. Rob I wouldn't mind a sample of your brochure please. If you include the cost I'll post you a cheque. Regards
