ATPs Equipment is built in house, Although they do have the network 500 Which may already be taken in your area?
The only commercially available equipment I know of was the ECU expert made by/for Webcon. This I believe was not very reliable and passed lots of faulty units and didn't have a wide coverage.
I belive Paul Bridge (ECU Technologies)uses a modified ECU expert but not certain of this.
In my opinion the only way to test an ECU properly is on the car as all conditions and situations cannot be simulated on any machine especially when it comes to fueling errors. Also Intermittent problems never happen on a test rig.
