If everyone is fine then ill look for a venue in birmingham area, maybe one of the sevice station will have a presentation area. Once I have located a venue I will need confirmation of who wishes to attend. If i ask for a confirmation e mail based on minimum of 12 people which equates to about £216 pounds each that is including vat. This figure as mentioned before is 1000 per day plus venue cost at a figure of around £50 per day. If more than 12 want to attend the price will reduce, £130 if 20 people attend.
Last point, we will need can bus equiped vehicles, if anyone has one it makes life easier, if not there is an option of hiring a couple for the session but obviously the price would increase. Any suggestions???
