In view of my post below about the timing belt failure, do any of you have terms and conditions available to your customers and/or printed on the back of the invoice?
This has been mentioned several times to me in the last few days (not surprisingly).
At the moment I do not have such legal stuff to hand. Is there a general set available for our trade or can someone let me have a copy so that I can adapt them please ?
