There are several on Ebay if you look under diagnostic equipment and tools, most of them are a compilation of various decoding programs that will cover all Fords up to present day Blaupunkt, Becker,up to 2000, these sell at a buy-it-now price of about £5.00 and are well worth the money.
For this same software I paid £250.00 not so long ago.
