A very valid point, when I first saw the EGG Card commercial in December, I e-mailed to egg card & to the OFCOM about the advert, I received no reply from EGG (surprise, surprise) but did get an e-mail back from the regulator, saying they would investigate. Another surprise, I have heard nothing since.
As you say though, if enough people complain, then something might be done.
