Hi Tony. Funny enough Myself, Chaz and Sue talked this over at Xmas after having to go chasing money in, and after 11 years of trading, we have now decided to have a 'payment within 7 days' policy and you would not believe the difference it has made since the new year! Instead of having loads of outstanding invoices in our tray, there is only Account customers invoices and I thought that some would moan or not come in, but far from it, not even a single moan or groan!! I could not believe it and wish I had done it Years ago! So if anyone is in any doubt about not letting the car go without paying, stick to your guns and make the customer pay-up there and then! Remember WE all charge way less than the dealers and even provide better service in some cases! A job worth getting paid for on time I think don't you all?? All the best now gents, Gunner!
