Got those on mine. They are a aftermarket system you can fit. They are called "Tyron bands" They have a website. (Try google) The tool If I remember rightly is just a very long thin allen key. The idea of them is to stop the tyre coming off the rim following a puncture, as it is this which often causes the instability that turns caravans over at speed. The really do work. The police use them system too on their motorway patrol vehicles.
