ray , we bought it about 2 months ago. loaded into a lap top and are now circulating it to staff to use at home.i have seen the first 4 discs, they deal with customer comunication firstly and his aproach to charging , which incidently can be applied to other diagnostic work eg a/c etc. we have been on franks courses, this is away of seeing the foremost expert in this country on diagnostics at work. its live in the sense he deals with cars in the workshop . when you consider the cost of one course away from work and then consider the 16 hours plus here. we have 7 stafff who will use this! the first 2 cds are graet for reception staff too. i disagree with dereck, i too have 25 odd years exp. we need to train to survive this site is brilliant for info and information.butn not for training staff? my guys wont use this site like i will, give then a laptop and cd rom yes , it shows tham i am out to invest in them. buy this course it is pricey yes , but the advice is invaluable.
