Hi All We do get the going rate for our work,one way or another,as you say Colin, we put it on before we take it off! its just this guy really wound me up, we deal with all sorts of fleet companys which have there own agreements written down including PHH so i think this guy was just being a arse.Reminded me of dealing with some of those warranty companys which have ceased to exist(thankfully)so hoping its a one off. Unless you know different? Tony
