Hi Mike Sorry to hear about your warranty prob,does not seem right that they can do this.With ford we send the vehicle back and they sort as long as been fitted correctly(which can be open to interpretation)but we have had no probs. I would seek advise from a trade body and get the customer to peruse the matter with VAG customer services Tony
