    Hello All
I don't think mot tests are exempt because it is a book of certificates, I think its the item/service thats taxable i.e. essential/non essential. like with basic food items and cakes/biscuits or kids clothes /adult clothes I would imagine that an mot is an essential item and should escape further tax, of course nothing is safe these days is it?
    Regards Jez

PS if its going to cost £95 for a Mandatory I.D card, what the hell is a tracking device on every car going to cost?????
