Basic Training

Hi all,
sort of a follow on from the frank massey thread, can anyone recomend any basic multi-meter/scope training ??, my apprentice is on his third year @ NVQ and he still has'nt been shown the basics.

Exponentia training do an electical/electronics course which is quite good.
