This loosely follows on from Roy Ritchies broken cam-belt saga further down on this forum. In Saturday's 2nd Dec. Daily Telegragh there was an interesting article for people who are owed money. 'Money Claim Online' appears to be be a cheap and simple method of collecting your dues. For example, court fees are only £50 for sums of £500 to £1000. Details are on: www.moneyclaim.gov.uk

Hello Roy, I made the mistake of employing the services of a company called Waterfront Financial in liverpool about 12 months ago to collect a debt for me & it turns out that they were just as bad, if not worse than the debtor. They took £500 off me and have done as little as they possibly could after me having to telephone them 100's of times.A man called Mervyn Luscombe came and visited me & took my money, assuring me that usually they get the money within 2 weeks & make the debtor pay the costs that they charge. It took me ages to find out that they had also been known by several other names & that others had been ripped off for many times the amount more than me .They are still operating & a newspaper has done a couple of articles about them, warning people, but they seem to do enough to look like a legitimate business & get away with it. Beware, Regards, Andrew
