I stood to pay an extra 1k by the time the 90 days was up because i had already paid an extra month by the time i realized what had happened. Luckily i was with a very good broker ( Kennets Finance ) who i've been with for years and the girls there even managed to claw back my over payment. A very nasty person answered the phone at BNP when i called to complain, and it sounded like she had the agreement clause to hand when i queried it. They know exactly what they are doing ! I told Kennets that i would not be taking leases out again with them if this company was involved. Good luck !! Dave
