Car Mechanics magazine for October features an interesting article on Biodiesel etc.
Apparently Customs & Excise are allowing each car owner 2,500 litres,tax exempt.
The article goes some depth into explaining how to convert chip fat oil and the companys involved for equipment.
There is also a Biofuels Conferance in Newark Notts 17-18 Oct.(www.biofuelsmedia.com).

As anyone experience of these fuels as it seems to be commonplace in Europe.

There is a lot of information on how to do this (it's not an easy process) on the Internet.

I have been looking into this as the family diesel does 26mpg!

Apparently in Germany they process it on a large scale so successfully that the VAG group approve that several models can run on it 100%.(quote CM mag)
