what a week!

it's weeks like this i wish i done some thing else.we done a cambelt/balance shaft belt on spacewagon on tues,went ok,but crankshaft pully coming apart & damaged belt cover,ordered in for next day ,fitted ok.started up,engine noisey & oil light on at idle only,found out if u support engine under sump,can block pick up pipe,managed to solve the noisy engine problem,but oil light still on at idle,spoke to customer,"oh it's beem doing that for ages",fitted new pressure switch,all ok.happy customer, next day,renault espace 2.2dci,had to fit new glow plugs & number 1 injector,heard bad story's about these injectors seizing in,but no this 1 fell out,,number1,3& 4 glow plugs,no problem,number 2 seized & yes broke off.fitted new injector & 3 glow plugs.started fine,gave it a road test,seemed better than before.left over nite,checked oil level,very low,topped up to max,carried out extended rt,managed to get bac to garage,reved engine & it decided to suck the oil from the engine & reved to god knows what & blew up,customer pissed off,but told me it had been using lots of oil lately.now debating whether to have fixed,at his cost. sorry i've gone on a bit but just wanted to tell somebody,thx's from a very stressed john.

Go on John, get it off your chest That sounds like a muther luver of a week mate. But remember...... Without the bad ones.... the good ones are less significant. It can only get better mate. Good luck Dave
