ATE ABS pump - Supplier required #

Does any one know where I can get an ATE ABS pump for a 2006 Honda CRV apart from the dealer who want mega money for one?????

Exhausted all lines of enquires, as they say.
Had to go to dealer £1400 ouch and 5% discount!!!

Isn't that ridicuous to lay out all that money for 5% discount!! The manufacturers are a joke when it comes to parts supply, I know parts is not their main concern but it is a BIG part of it. The independant sector must be their main source of income from parts. what other industry treats their Clients in this way?

This is one reason why we need quality parts from good independant suppliers at reasonable prices instead of all the counterfiet white box items we seem to be getting these days from the independants. They and the garages that fit this cheap rubish are playing into the dealers/manufacturers hands.

Well, Why buy Non Genuine Crap When you can Buy Genuine Crap at such a sensible price. ?? Thats not bad Really is it. ??

This Customer has now had to pay around £3k + in 4 years for an unreliable inferior product that if hes lucky might last 4 years again. ? It will be a bit rough if it only just scrapes out of the warranty period next time. ( As most are doing )

If he Now decides to sell the car due to its unreliabilty, that works out at around £14 per week just for the ABS System.

I am Still amazed that the Vehicle Manufacturers are allowing Teves to get away with this problem.
