I think its important that you become aware of how helpless we can be from the people who commit this fraud.
The Insurance Companies take a witness statement as the only evidence. Photo's depicting how the accident had occurred, mean nothing.
This is just what the Companies want in order to ruin your long kept No Claim Bonus. Verbal rubbish from the witness mouth is eagerly accepted.
You also will be lucky to have a good solicitor on your side as much work needs to be done to prove your case. They prefer instead to work on behalf of the Insurance companies,its easy money.

Hi Derek well it looks like my case is going to do just that, go to court. My insurance renewal is up on the 20th of this month. It also turns out that Axa not only want to recover their costs but have also dropped my no claims from 45% to 30% this is adding another grand onto my premium this year. Will let you know how things develop.
